Skip would do anything for anybody and I wish I could turn back time and tell him how much I always appreciated and loved him.

Condolence From: Richard Koronkowski
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Neil's passing. He was so helpful to me after my friend Bob Westphal died. In the short time that I knew Neil I could tell that he was a good soul. He is in a better place now I'm sure. Thank you Neil. Your will be in my prayers.

Condolence From: Andrew Docktor
Condolence: I am so saddened to have learned this news. Skip and the Packards welcomed me into their family over 20 years ago. I could only wish to be as skilled with the tool box as he was. Some of my favorite memories of the my time on Bartlett will always be the times spent on the porch with Carol and Skip, listening to their stories and having laughs. You were a good friend, Skip. I am sorry we have not had a chance for one more cold one.

Condolence From: Nick olson
Condolence: He always treated me and our friends like family. That's why he always let us kids win at poker it was not that he could not beat us it was becouse he did not want to take from family. I will and have always kept those fond memories of the Packard family.
