Neiding, John R.
Of South Milwaukee, Reunited with God and his family on January 1, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Viola Neiding. Loving father of William (Georgiana) Neiding, Karalee (Dale) Helminak, and Janet (Andy) Bakalarski. Proud grandfather of Jessica, Nathan, Chad (Carolyn), Troy (Gina), Cassie, Kyle, Jim, and great-grandfather of Nathan, Melissa, and 1 on the way. Dear brother of Carolyn (Jerry) Januszeski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and his furry friend "Snootzy".
Following John's wishes, a private memorial service will be held for his family at a later date. Memorials to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice appreciated.
John served in the US Navy during WWII. He belonged to the US Submarine Veterans of WWII. He was a member of the Mason's, Kiwanis, Old Goats, and he was a Chaplain of the DAV. John was retired from AT&T. He participated on the Honor Flight in 2011.
The family would like to thank Dr. Cherayil and the staff at Aurora St. Luke's South Shore for their care to John.
