Of Cudahy. Born to Eternal Life on November 12, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Dear brother of Martin (Maureen) Melotik, Robert (Elaine) Melotik, Arthur (Doug Edelen) Melotik and Andrew (Barbara) Melotik. Brother of the late John (Janice) Melotik. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday, November 16 from 4 to 6 pm followed by a service with military honors.
